From the A96 (Munich–Lindau) take the Leutkirch-Süd exit and follow signs towards Schloss Zeil. After about 5 minutes you will reach tobel1853 – just below the castle. Free parking is available directly at the house. The drive from Munich takes about 1.5 hours, from Stuttgart approximately 1 hour 45 minutes.

The nearest train station is Leutkirch (about 5 km away). From there, buses run towards Schloss Zeil. Alternatively, we are happy to collect you from the station by arrangement. For excursions in the region we recommend a car – the Allgäu is best explored with one.

Choose your preferred apartment and travel dates on our website. After booking you will receive a confirmation email with all details about arrival and check-in. You will find the key in the key safe – we share the code with you before arrival. This way you can check in flexibly, even when we are not on site.

For online bookings you can pay by credit card, PayPal or instant bank transfer. On site at the bistro we accept cash and debit card. A deposit (30%) is due at booking, the remaining balance 14 days before arrival. For short-notice bookings, the full amount is due immediately.

Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation. Up to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total price. Less than 14 days: 100% of the total price. We recommend travel cancellation insurance. In special circumstances we will find a solution together – just drop us a line.
